This course is designed to teach certified divers how to safely utilize side-mounted primary cylinders in the overhead environment as an alternative to the traditional back-mounted configuration.

A different way to dive, more self-sufficient and stream line.

Student Prerequisites

1. Minimum age 18

2. Minimum certification; SDI Open Water Scuba Diver or the equivalent

Qualifications of Graduates

Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in single guideline cave diving activities

without direct supervision provided the graduates adhere to the following limits:

1-Safety and decompression stops as appropriate or necessary.

2-Planned dives do not exceed diver’s current certification level.

1 student: $695 usd

Includes: Transportation to dive sites, water, equipment, double tanks (back mount), or singles (side mount), nitrox 32%, back plate, BCD wings or sidemount BCD, reels, lights, line markers, and weights.

Not included: Entrance fees and certification fees.

Equipment not included: Wet suit, mask, fins, dive computer. (Recommended: 2 dive computers or 1 dive computer, and digital depth gauge).
